GENERAL TERMS

■ I reserve the right to decline your commission.■ The commission will be made in my style, don't make me imitate other styles.■ [For NSFW commissions] all characters that i draw in this category must be stipulated as being of legal age.

PAYMENT

■ Currency accepted is US Dollar (USD) only with PayPal or Binance. If PayPal is chosen, the value of the PayPal tax for the transaction will be added to the price of the commission in such a way that the total payment arrives.■ The illustration process begins after making 100% of the payment.

PROCESS AND DELIVERY

■ The time it will take to complete your commission will be discussed during the pricing arrangement, (however your commission will have to wait for the completion of the previous client on the list). If the piece requires more brevity, you can pay an extra charge to prioritize the process.■ Once the piece is finished you will receive it at maximum resolution and in any other resolution you like.

REVIEWS & CHANGES

■ You get two free changes to the artwork. From the third change each one will imply an additional 10% of the total price of the commission. Reason for which it is greatly appreciated to detail as much as possible the visual description of the piece to be made, which will also be used as a reference. (The charge will be made before the change is made).■ An additional amount will be added in case you want to change something to the final artwork, unless there was a misunderstanding on my part. In the same way, if you want me to change something in the drawing (sketch) that you have previously approved, I will charge you an additional fee to change it. This fee will depend on the complexity of the change you want to make (The charge will be made before the change is made).

COPYRIGHT AND USE

■ I reserve the right to cancel and refund your order for any reason that justifies it.■ Using my work for NFT's without my premission is strictly prohibited.■ Please do not use my drawings to train or interact in any way with artificial intelligences.■ I will be able to use the commission pose in the future if I see fit, either as a reference for future drawings or to make YCH (just the pose).■ You may not use the artwork for commercial use, however, if you wish to do so, check the “COMMERCIAL USE” section at the end of these clauses.■ The finished drawing will bear my signature, brand or name. If you don't want to include this, let me know and it can be removed.■ It isn't necessary to give credits when uploading the drawing to a social network, however, it would be greatly appreciated to do so.■ I will be able to use the piece to publish it on my social media as a sample of my work or part of my portfolio, in case you do not want it to be published, or that when doing so I do not mention you or refer to you as anon, let me know. Even so, it should be mentioned that when publishing the illustration on my socials (if it is done) it will be a compressed version of the original (which will only be delivered to the client).■ In order to avoid any type of problem, when publishing the results of the commissions in my social networks, I take the liberty of eliminating any allusion to political, controversial or sensitive topics from the published version, this will only apply to my socials.
•This will not affect the original artwork■ It is totally forbidden to say that the drawing was made by you or someone other than me, the author. If that is the case, I will take the necessary measures and also, I will not accept any commission again.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

■ No refund after sketch approval.■ In case you want a refund before the sketch, you will receive a 70% refund (minus Paypal's commission).■ Refunds will not be accepted unless an error has occurred on my part.■ If for any reason I am unable to start the artwork you will get a full refund (discounting the commission paypal keeps).■ If you request a refund from PayPal at any time that you were not allowed to request a refund, you will lose all of the aforementioned rights to the ordered part and, in addition, I will have every right to obtain additional profits from anyway. I will decline the chargeback and provide PayPal with our conversations in which we discussed the fee as evidence that I have completed the work for you. In addition, you will be added to a blacklist of clients from whom I will no longer accept commissions.

COMMERCIAL USE

■ If you want to order a commission for commercial use, the price will increase depending on the use to be made the default is +100% of the total price. The following is considered commercial use:• Reproduce the drawing and sell it later (either physically or digitally).• Use the drawing to advertise (on banners, web pages, products, etc.)

TÉRMINOS GENERALES

PAGO

■ La moneda aceptada es el dólar estadounidense (USD) solo vía PayPal o Binance. En caso de optarse por PayPal se añadirá al precio de la comisión el valor del impuesto de PayPal por la transacción de tal manera que llegue el pago total.■ El proceso de ilustración empieza después de haber realizado el 100% del pago.

PROCESO Y ENTREGA

■ El tiempo que se tardará en completar su encargo se discutirá durante el acuerdo de precios, (sin embargo su encargo tendrá que esperar a la finalización del cliente anterior en la lista). Si la pieza requiere más brevedad, puede pagar un recargo para priorizar el proceso.■ Una vez la pieza esté terminada la recibirás a resolución máxima y en alguna otra resolución que gustes.

REVISIONES Y CAMBIOS

■ Obtienes dos cambios gratuitos a la pieza artística. Desde el tercer cambio cada uno implicará un adicional del 10% del precio total de la comisión. Razón por la cual se agradece muchísimo el detallar lo más posible la descripción visual de la pieza a elaborarse, la cual, será usada también como referencia (El cobro será antes de hacer el cambio).■ Un monto adicional será agregado en caso quieras cambiar algo a la pieza artística final, a no ser, que haya habido un malentendido de mi parte. De la misma forma, si desea que cambie algo en el dibujo (boceto) que usted ha aprobado previamente, le cobraré una tarifa adicional para cambiarlo. Esta tarifa dependerá de la complejidad del cambio que quiera realizar (El cobro será antes de hacer el cambio).

COPYRIGHT Y USO

■ Me reservo el derecho de cancelar y devolverte el dinero de tu orden por alguna razón que lo justifique.■ Usar mi trabajo sin mi permiso para NFT’s está totalmente prohibido.■ Pido por favor que no se usen mis dibujos para entrenar o interactuar de cualquier forma con inteligencias artificiales.■ Voy a poder usar la pose de la comisión en un futuro si lo veo conveniente, ya sea como referencia para futuros dibujos o para hacer YCH (solamente la pose)■ No puedes usar la comisión para uso comercial, aun así, si deseas hacerlo revisa el apartado “USO COMERCIAL” al final de estas cláusulas.■ El trabajo final llevará mi firma, marca o nombre. En caso no querer incluir esto házmelo saber y se podrá retirar.■ No es obligatorio dar créditos al subir el dibujo a alguna red social, sin embargo, se agradecería mucho el hacerlo.■ Podré usar la pieza para publicarla en mis redes sociales como muestra de mi trabajo o parte de mi portfolio, en caso de que no quieras que sea publicada, o que a la hora de hacerlo no te mencione o me refiera a ti como anónimo, házmelo saber. Aun así, ha de mencionar que al publicar la ilustración en mis redes (en caso se haga) esta será una versión comprimida de la original (la cual, únicamente será entregada al comprador).■ Con el objetivo de evitar cualquier tipo de problema, a la hora de publicar los resultados de las comisiones en mis redes sociales, me tomo la libertad de eliminar cualquier alusión a temas políticos, polémicos o de carácter sensible de la versión publicada, esto solo aplicara a mis redes sociales.
•Esto no afectara a la pieza original.■ Esta totalmente prohibido decir que el dibujo lo has hecho tú u otra persona que no sea yo, el autor. Si se presenta el caso tomaré las medidas necesarias y, además, no volveré a aceptarte comisión alguna.

CANCELACIÓN Y POLÍTICA DE DEVOLUCIÓN

■ No habrá devoluciones una vez el sketch sea aprobado.■ En caso de querer una devolución antes del sketch se recibirá una devolución del 70% (descontando la comisión que se queda Paypal).■ Si por alguna razón no soy capaz de comenzar la pieza artística obtendrás una devolución completa (descontando la comisión que se queda Paypal)■ Si solicita un reembolso a PayPal en cualquier momento en el que no se le permitió solicitar un reembolso, perderá todos los derechos antes mencionados sobre la pieza encargada y, además, tendré todo el derecho de obtener ganancias adicionales de cualquier manera. Rechazaré la devolución del cargo y proporcionaré a PayPal nuestras conversaciones en las que hablamos sobre la comisión como evidencia de que he completado el trabajo para usted. Además, será añadido a una lista negra de clientes de los que ya no aceptaré hacer comisiones.

USO COMERCIAL

■ Si quieres encargar una comisión para uso comercial, el precio se incrementará dependiendo del uso que se fuese a realizar en la mayoría de casos seria un +100% del precio de la comision. Se considera uso comercial lo siguiente:• Reproducir el dibujo y venderlo posteriormente (ya sea física o digitalmente)• Utilizar el dibujo para hacer publicidad (en banners, páginas web, productos, etc.)
